We believe in honest labor pricing with no guesswork. That’s why we publish our rates publicly — so you can plan ahead and know exactly what to expect before we start the job.
This page outlines our standard labor pricing for handyman work. Materials, if needed, are charged separately and can be sourced by the client or picked up by our team.
Trip Fees and Hourly Work
Our trip fee covers travel only. Labor is billed separately once we are on site.
Trip Fees
One technician: $130 (travel only)
Two technicians: $215 (travel only)
Hourly Labor
$85 per technician for on-site time
Materials & Pick-Ups
We no longer charge a separate “material pick-up fee.” If we need to pick up materials, we bill time and materials at our standard hourly rate. Clients are encouraged to have materials ready before the visit to avoid extra time for pick-ups.
Debris Disposal
Debris disposal is billed time and materials at our hourly rate, plus disposal fees that typically range from about $25 (small items such as a vanity or door) up to $250 (a full dump-trailer load), depending on volume and site requirements.
The trip fee is the minimum cost for any job. If we finish in under an hour, that’s all you pay.
