Bathroom Renovation –
Full Remodel (Two Bathrooms)

From Dated and Cramped to Modern and Functional

These two bathrooms were no longer working for the homeowners — visually or practically. The layouts felt crowded, the fixtures were outdated, and the finishes didn’t match the rest of the home.

We took both spaces down to the studs and built them back up from scratch, with new surfaces, lighting, storage, and plumbing fixtures that feel cohesive and clean. Each bathroom was fully rewired, re-plumbed, retiled, and customized to meet the client’s preferences while keeping things efficient and code-compliant.

Scope of Work

Full demolition of both bathrooms down to framing

New subfloor and moisture barrier installed

All new plumbing lines and drainage connected to existing supply

Electrical wiring upgraded to support new lighting, outlets, and electric mirrors

Installed custom vanities, cabinets, and countertops

Built new walk-in tile showers with waterproof membranes

Installed flooring, paint, trim, and finish fixtures in both spaces

Final walkthrough and site cleanup included
